[Arrowhead] Minor changes

v0.0.1a:
-Player can now charge dash while running
-Smoothed camera movement to be less erratic
-Fixed a bug allowing the player to jump which allowed for both an extremely high and floaty jump, as well as overshooting the intended maximum launch distance
-Fixed a bug making it hard to jump going up hill
